The following samples were sent using Qvidium's MPEG 4 encoder/decoder over an AirBox X2 Broadcast Edition. The data was split over AT&T's HSPA network and Sprint's EVDO Rev A network. The samples were sent from a DVD player to demonstrate quality. Bandwidth tests at the time these samples were taken averaged 500 Kbps on each connection. Testing was performed in Cambridge, MA. 

MPEG-1 Samples

These samples were transcoded from MPEG-4 to MPEG-1 for playback in Windows Media Player.

                                Do not open the files in a browser.
                                Right click and save file as -- Play from the location you saved it.

MPEG-4 Samples


The following files have not been transcoded to another format. These Samples require an MPEG-4 codec installed. Windows media player does not offer this by default.

To view these files make sure you have an MPEG4 codec installed. The easiest way to view these files is to use VLC which has these codecs built in. It is available as a free download here for PC, Mac, and Linux.

Do not open the files in a browser. Save them to your computer and play them locally. To do this right click on the link and download the file (save link as).
