  • FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Today WAAV announced it was issued patents #7,778,230 and #7,813,314 for mobile router devices. These patents, filed years before 3G/4G/5G cellular routers were as prevalent as today, protect WAAV's AirBox line of cellular routers. The patents also highlight WAAV's multi-network capabilities.

WAAV's CTO, JC Fulknier stated, "Since our inception, WAAV has been committed to creating innovative and cutting-edge technology. While we have seen many competitors attempt to knock off these innovations, trying to be similar to the AirBox line of cellular routers, we have continued to innovate to distance ourselves from these types of consumer-oriented devices. WAAV’s platform, known for its stability and robustness, provides an enterprise-grade product customers can rely on. In addition to demonstrating our continued commitment to innovation, these patents increase our brand value by protecting our intellectual property.”

WAAV was assisted through the patent process by Invention Management Associates of Lexington, MA. WAAV and IMA continue a close working relationship on additional patents and intellectual property needs.
